The New Manchester Mill Ruins located in Douglasville, Georgia is a great place for photographers to visit. The mill, which was built in 1849, was a key part of the local cotton industry during the 19th century. The ruins offer a unique and picturesque setting for photographers, with the crumbling brick and stone architecture serving as a backdrop for a variety of different shots.

The mill operated until 1864 when it was burned down by the Union Army during the Civil War. Today the ruins are preserved as a historical site, and offer visitors the chance to learn about the area’s rich industrial past. The mill is also surrounded by nature and a small stream, adding to its natural beauty.
