The Great Lawn in Central Park New York is a perfect location for photographers looking for a wide range of photo opportunities. The lawn, which is located in the center of the park, offers a large open space with a panoramic view of the city skyline. It’s a great spot for capturing the iconic skyline of New York City as well as a great spot for photography of events, concerts and performances that take place in the lawn. The Great Lawn is also surrounded by many of Central Park’s most famous landmarks, such as the Bethesda Terrace, The Delacorte Theater, and the reservoir.

Additionally, the lawn is also home to several sculptures and statues, gardens, and bridges that make great subjects for photography. The Great Lawn has an interesting history, it was originally a reservoir and was converted into the Great Lawn in 1930s and it’s one of the most popular spot in Central Park.
